  1. Scan document online, easure the document is flat

  2. Click Scan on your app in your mobil screen

  3. Click Circle button if you want to contine scanning the next pictures.

  4. Select next to adjust pictures. Here you can filter, crop. reorder, rotate and add page

  5. Fill file name

Send through Gmail

  1. Click on your document needs to share

  2. Press on the sharing sybol

  3. Choose your file Pdf or Images

  4. Select share via Gmail

  5. Enter the recipient’s email address from your address book and fill in the Subject

  6. Press send to finish

Send through Outlook

  1. Select your document to share

  2. Press on the sharing sybol

  3. Choose your kind of file: Pdf, Images

  4. Select share via Outlook

  5. Input the customers or co-worker 's emails and title name.

  6. Click send to complete
